How credit works
Eligible family accounts receive a unique referral link in their Family Workspace. A few successful referrals can help offset, and potentially cover, the cost of your child’s YourWonJourney service. A new customer must begin checkout through that link or enter the code before payment. The first valid referral code attached to a completed purchase receives credit.
Commission and timing
Commission equals 10% of fees actually collected, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and unpaid balances. For a six-payment concierge plan, commission is calculated on each successful installment. Commissions are pending for 14 days, then may be approved and paid manually by YourWonJourney. A $25 minimum applies to each payout.
Fair use
Self-referrals, referrals within the same household, misleading claims, fraudulent purchases, and attempts to alter attribution are not eligible. Refunded, disputed, or reversed payments reverse any related pending commission. YourWonJourney may correct errors or suspend referral access for misuse.
Payouts
The parent or guardian manages payout details in the Family Workspace. Payouts are not automatic and are recorded after YourWonJourney sends them. Referral rewards do not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
